CCSC's Back to School Program

​Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Christian Community Service Center (CCSC) has made the difficult decision to cancel our community event for the Back To School program. This includes both the Client Registration phase that usually occurs in early May as well as the Distribution phase that was slated for early August.

In a typical year, Back To School draws hundreds of families and hundreds of volunteers. It would not be possible to maintain healthy social distancing. We hope you understand that we have made this decision for the health and well-being of our clients, volunteers and staff.

However, CCSC remains committed to our Back To School program and serving 6,500 students in need. We will partner with local school campuses to deliver supplies and uniform vouchers for the 2020-2021 school year. A list of school partners is available HERE.

While you cannot volunteer at an event this year, you can sponsor a student! Thanks to the generosity of community donors, the Back To School program continues to fulfill a need and equip students for success. It only costs $50.00 to provide a child with an academic supply packet and a clothing/shoe voucher. Donations in any amount are appreciated.
