Covenant's Birthday Celebration/Children & Youth Fundraiser - June 9, 2013

What an amazingly fun day! We raised just over $1,000 towards the Children and Youth camps that will take place this summer. Thank you all for your generosity. Below are some photos capturing our good times. Enjoy!

Futile attempts to blow up kiddie pools that were long gone. Manning the bake sale with a smile, and our fearless grillers (looking cool!)

The car washing begins, even as dark clouds form in the background! But kids and adults alike are unphased as they enjoy the food and fun.

Then God decided to "help" us in the rinsing phase ;) But our dedicated washers stayed 'til the bitter end (known to others as thunder and lightening!) Luckily the tiny downpour didn't interfere at all with our good times. 

And our wonderful deacons provided us with ice cream sundaes - Thank you all!
